Steve Crutchley - Founder and Chief Executive Officer - A serial entrepreneur, Steve's string of successes include the sale of his previous venture 4FrontSecurity to Symantec, the sale of Systems Solution to AST in South Africa which culminated in the listing of the respective company and the subsequent acquisition of a number of local and international businesses.
Steve is a recognized leader and foremost authority in the field of compliance, risk and governance. With more than 25 years experience in Business Protection, combined with an extensive knowledge of the industrial, commercial, government and financial areas, Steve has dedicated his career to be highly focused on risk, governance, compliance, information security and information assurance.
Steve has held senior positions in government, corporate and private businesses for many years and has a solid track record of prior achievements. In a sector where the noise is mixed and confusing, Steve is able to help organizations navigate through the business protection (security) and compliance maze and assist them to select and deliver the processes and solutions that will mitigate risk and support corporate governance. Steve has extensive experience, knowledge and deep understanding of various standards and control structures such as ISO 20000 ISO27001, BS 25999, COBIT, ISF, COSO, GLBA, HIPAA, NERC, PCI to mention just a few. Steve is an accredited IRCA trainer for ISO/IEC 27001, a renowned Lead Auditor and implementer for ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and BS 25999. Steve is also CISM and CGEIT and is a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems (B.Sc. Management Information Systems) with the concentration in Information Security.

Ranjit Kohli - Chief Operating Officer - Prior to joining Consult2Comply, Ranjit was founder and CEO of KMS BPO Solutions, which he sold to a successful privately held Indian group. Prior to KMS, Ranjit was CEO of Acusign, a Verisign Affiliate and Gold Partner in India.
Ranjit has held Senior Positions at Verisign, where he led the Business IT Consulting Practice and Project Management Groups and at GlobalOne where he ran product Development for all Voice and Data Products.
Ranjit has over 16 years of business and management experience in a variety of areas including Telecom, Aviation, IT Security and PKI, Business Process Outsourcing. A process expert and PMI certified Project Manager, Ranjit has intimate knowledge and understanding of the challenges facing large and small enterprises in governance, risk, compliance and managing day to day operations. Ranjit holds a Masters Degree in International Transactions, from George Mason University, A Masters in Project Management from George Washington University and Masters in International Economics and Policy from Oxford University.

William Maxwell - Senior Vice President, International - William heads Consult2Comply's CEMEA (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) operation and has extensive experience in Compliance, Information Security, Business Continuity and Service Management; he has lead and supported implementations of ISO27001, ISO20000 and the use of structured approaches to the management of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs. With his depth of experience both in the business and technical arenas, William has an innate ability to understand, manage and communicate technical issues at boardroom and senior management levels, this has enabled him to successfully consult to governments and large corporations at an executive level.
William has developed and implemented solutions for enterprise security strategies, policies, and architectures with specific emphasis on how they are applied within corporate environments, these have included Service Management, Business Continuity Planning, Information Security Management, Intrusion Detection, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and their application. He has worked closely with the major solutions providers including PKI suppliers and has created teams of professionals that can support e-commerce business structures. He has been directly responsible for major PKI rollouts in South Africa, Switzerland, Bermuda and Saudi Arabia. William also has extensive experience in the banking sector having served as Managing Director of Secure Systems Solutions Ltd an IT security company specializing in the support of ATM systems, VISA, MasterCard and inter-bank clearing systems, for the major South African Banks.
William has held senior IT consultancy positions in government, corporate and private businesses for many years and has a solid track record of prior achievements. He has established and trained management and support staff in security technologies to comply with ISO27001 and led them to full BSI certification. William has achieved in-depth knowledge in these standards and is a BSI approved trainer in ISO27001, ISO20000 Implementing and Auditing and BS25999 Implementation.
